Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Hube (Pvt.) Ltd.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Hube (Pvt.) Ltd. (the "Product/s").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Hube (Pvt.) Ltd. will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or

parts of a Product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Hube (Pvt.) Ltd. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished

replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for All Products purchased from Hube (Pvt.) Ltd. ranges from 1 year to 5 Years based on the product (please check individual product details to see how much warranty period the respective product has) from the date of purchase. If no warranty period is mentioned in the details section for a specific product, then that product can not be claimed under this Warranty Policy.

A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence
  • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Damage of a product resulting from Commercial Use of a product that was sold to be used for Domestic Use.
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product

Things Required to Claim Warranty

  • Product with all of its components.
  • Original Warranty card filled out by the company or authorized distributors/retail partners mentioning the date of Purchase.
  • Original Bill.

What is a typical Warranty Claim Cycle?

After your Problem has been identified by our team, we will schedule a pickup of your Product within 1-2 Working Days. Your Product will then come to our service centre where it will be repaired or replaced, this takes 1-3 working days usually. After the problem in your product has been solved, it will be shipped back to you. 

Nominal Shipping and Handling charges may apply (decided case to case).

Request for New Parts apart from warranty claim:

If any part of a customer’s product breaks down during warranty period due to their own negligence, wherein warranty claim is not valid, or is required to be replaced after the Warranty coverage is over, customer can contact Hube (Pvt.) Ltd. for replacement parts or for repairing the products whereby, the company will quote the charges of replacement parts, service charges and required time. The customer can then pay the charges and request a repair.

Note: Parts for all products may or may not be available for replacement and some parts may require extra time to be shipped from the manufacturing country.

Changes to Warranty Policy

Hube (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to update our Warranty Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Warranty Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Warranty Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Warranty Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
