Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days in a hassle free manner..

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Eligible Cases for Returns or Refund Claim

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging, and have all the documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  • Product isn't used, installed or damaged in any way.

Customers may claim a refund if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this.

  • Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged goods.
  • If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Refund / Return / Change of product purchased from will be only catered by team, not by any of our authorised dealers/distributors/retail stores.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  •         The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  •         The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

After your claim for Refund is verified, Hube (Private) Limited will get your Products collected and send you the Replacement or Refund at our own cost at your provided Address/Payment Method.

How much time will it take for me to get my replacement?

Once the replacement request is validated it will take the normal course of delivery time to send you a new product. Normal delivery time is 2-5 days.

How long does it take to validate a return?

Hube’s quality assurance team requires 2 working days to clear a product. Once completed the customer is sent an email with the results of the verification. In case if the replacement request is not validated, the customer is sent an email detailing the reasons for validation failure whereas the product is repacked and delivered to the customer.

Note: Hube will make 2 attempts to deliver back the item, if the product is not received the customer will have to collect it from the head office directly.
